WHO WE ARE
Ratel Plus Nigeria LTD Is Architects Registered Council of Nigeria (ARCON) registered Architectural Consulting Firm
and member of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN). The Company was incorporated in June 2006 and commenced business in June 2007.
The board of the Company comprises of a team of professionals who specialized in building, constructions, project management, facility management and consultancy services.
It has a sound financial and strong manpower structure with potentials in management; Planning and execution of construction Projects.
Ratel Plus is one of the major game players when it comes to construction.
The organization has handled several projects in Northern Nigeria,
and also foresees its projects from the design phase to completion.
The company has several completed projects around the country to its credit.

EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGER
The information we gathered as service providers has aided us immensely and laid the foundation for the property development arm of our company.
Our Company was nominated as prime consultants to function as consultant Architects and Project Managers. We prepared the preliminary conceptual Architectural Design,
then after approval by the client produced detailed construction drawings and coordinated the input of the other consultants i.e. Structural, Mechanical, Electrical
and Quantity Surveying. At several times, we organised joint consultants and site meetings for the projects.
